Solar Panels require a permit and a minimum of two (2) inspections and a structural letter regarding attachment of the panels to the roof.  CPI understands the schematic details of solar array systems.

CPI peer reviewed  the design & inspected solar panel installation to base housing  for the Tyndall AFB in Panama City, Florida. (over 1500 units)

CPI is ICC Certified as Accessibility Plan Examiner and Inspector. Having CPI on your team as building and accessibly inspector is a "2 for 1" advantage for contractors, owners and developers eliminating the need for a separate ADA Consultant. 

ADA Consultant is critical to;

• identify areas in need of mitigation 
• prevent lawsuits 
• have access to and egress from all common, public and "designated" areas for Life Safety
• establish  basic human rights for disabled persons to not be prevented from having a normal "quality of life." 

Compliance to Georgia Accessibility Law requires expertise and pre-planning to incorporate aspects of accessibility in the early stages of construction. CPI provides that expertise.  

Independent inspection is available and, often necessary, for Q/C/Q/A to ensure proper rebar, PT cable placement for spacing, "profiles" proper development, corrosion resistance and/or structural integrity.   A strong foundation and structural framework are the bulwark for any building, especially hi-rises. 

CPI is well-experienced with this activity having  inspected many PT/ elevated slabs, shear walls, caissons and footings for large multi-family buildings and hi-rises.  Inspector Woods was Special Inspector for Brevard County, inspecting  five (5) concrete turbine pedestals for a new 680 Megawatt Oleander Power Plant in Coca, Florida that had to built to very exacting specifications. 

CPI is  experienced to provide special balcony Inspections in accordance with engineered railing load calculations, required for this most critical “fall protection” component to ensure proper installation.

Independent assessment and analysis of the extent of fire and/or wind damage is available for insurance and/or permitting purposes. A signed & sealed engineering report is available upon request.  

Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems (EIFS) are aesthetically beautiful if installed properly. If not, they become a "nightmare" fighting against moisture intrusion, mold, insulation degradation and staining.  

Special Inspection to document the proper installation of six (6) layers of cladding and rigid insulation to ensure weatherproofing, rasping and drainable capabilities is available from CPI.
