Plan Review is an integral part of any comprehensive Risk Management program. These services identify code and design deficiencies and opportunities before you turn any dirt and/or  hammer the first nail.

• Quality control review of design, specific code violations, errors and/or conflicts, omissions and voids  between drawing sheets, sections of drawings and specifications

• Evaluate the appropriateness of specified systems, equipment and materials, standard constructability, means, and methods

Exterior Building Envelope is the physical barrier between the exterior and interior environments enclosing a structure offering insulation values and a “seal of protection” against the outside elements; includes roof, windows, doors and walls. 

CPI can peer review the Building Envelope Design and inspect in accordance with “approved” plans and specs to document the building is properly closed-in and sealed against the elements - required before interior build-out can commence.   

CPI is approved as an Building Code Expert by the Superior Court of Washington, DC.. and is available to testify in such matters involving construction litigation, i.e. HOA Turnover Services (condominium defect mitigation), Annual Inspections, Forensic Investigations, Litigation Support After Construction.
